The Marvel Universe is going to get a bit bigger when Infinity War hits theatres on April 27th. After ongoing rumors that Game of Thrones’ Peter Dinklage would be part of the Marvel epic, the casting has been confirmed with the recent poster release for the film.
As you can see above, the immensely talented actor is billed on the new poster for the film. Which leads us to wonder who he may be playing. There’s a chance he could be playing a random government official or something of the like. But there’s a good chance that he’s voicing one of the members of The Black Order.
The Black Order is a group of Thanos’ so-called children who do his bidding and will help him capture the Infinity Stones in the film. Having Dinklage as a voice behind one of Thanos’ children would definitely bring some gravitas to the role, and create more interest in the characters than them just being pawns for Thanos’ end game.
Kevin Feige has said repeatedly that the voice actors for The Black Order would be announced at some point and that they would consist of noteworthy actors. Dinklage definitely fits that category. Whether he is voicing one of them should be revealed sometime in the near future.
